Service Description
If you are booking under a third-party vendor paying for your service, please select your desired date and time of service and send us your authorization form so we can prepare for your appointment. All third-party vendor bookings must be scheduled Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Any appointments scheduled outside of these hours are considered after-hours and will include additional convenience fees. If anything changes with your scheduled date or time, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Confirmation: All bookings for DOT services must be made in advance and confirmed via our designated booking channels. Booking Requirements: A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation. Booking Modifications: Any changes to your booking (such as date or time adjustments) must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellation Policy: No Refunds: Please be advised that we do not provide refunds for any cancellations, no-shows, or missed services, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring additional $25 charge. Cancellations within this time frame will result in a full charge for the service. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or failure to show up will result in a charge equivalent to the full service fee. Exceptions: In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control, we may assess individual cases and offer credit or rescheduling options at our discretion.
