Service Description
Routine Blood Draw Information This test originates from a local physician and can be dropped off in Henry County or surrounding areas once the blood work has been processed. If the test was mailed to you, it is considered a specialty kit, not routine blood work. In that case, please book your appointment under the Specialty Kit section below. Routine blood draws are simple, quick, and virtually painless, designed to collect a small sample for a variety of medical tests.
Cancellation Policy
Reservation Confirmation: All bookings for DOT services must be made in advance and confirmed via our designated booking channels. Booking Requirements: A valid payment method is required to secure your reservation. Booking Modifications: Any changes to your booking (such as date or time adjustments) must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancellation Policy: No Refunds: Please be advised that we do not provide refunds for any cancellations, no-shows, or missed services, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without incurring additional $25 charge. Cancellations within this time frame will result in a full charge for the service. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or failure to show up will result in a charge equivalent to the full service fee. Exceptions: In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other events beyond our control, we may assess individual cases and offer credit or rescheduling options at our discretion.
